Hannah & John – Godwick Hall & Great Barnback
About the wedding…
Hannah & John grew up together in Lancashire and their families are really good friends which meant the wedding had such a lovely warm, intimate feel to it. They chose Godwick Hall because it’s a exclusive venue in the Norfolk countryside. The great barn is stunning they decided to decorated it using Lou Lou Loves wedding props. They loved the beautiful light stone, the high ceilings and the stunning grounds. They also chose Godwick Hall & Great Barn because of it’s exclusivity. Just themselves & their guests at the venue. Apart from the field full of turkeys on the neighbouring farm. Hilarious! ???? Gobble Gobble!
Hannah and her three stunning bridesmaids got ready at Godwick house which was only a minute down the lane from the Great Barn, perfect for getting to the ceremony. Hannah dressed her bridesmaids in pale pastle dresses along with her two nieces who were such cute flower girls.
The day before the wedding, Hannah and her bridesmaids handmade the bouquets with gypsophila and lavender in keeping with the countryside feel. It was a very laid back and informal wedding which was just what they wanted.
“Ally was the photographer at our Norfolk wedding. She was so professional from start to finish, took account of all of our wishes and preferences for the day and was so helpful in the run up, suggesting ideas and thoughts. She seamlessly blended in on the day and got the best out of everyone, especially my nieces who never smile for the camera but did for her. Her photos are intimate and natural, with a real flair for using colour and catching the special moments that you didn’t even see! She captured the day perfectly and the photos were so beautiful. Photos that we will treasure forever! I have already recommended her to many and would not hesitate to do so again. I am so glad we picked Ally, she is bubbly and warm but professional alongside, her photos are stunning and they came through super quick!!”
Thanks for inviting me to take your photos, it was a super day – here’s a selection of my favourites…
